Youth Fish Day/Fish 4 Fun:
Every year on the first Sunday in May we have a fishing derby for area children 12 and under. We stock our pond with trout that the kids can fish for and keep (other fish must be put back). All kids participating in the event receive a prize.  A grand prize of a tackle box with tackle, bait and fishing pole is given to the boy and the girl who catch the longest fish of the day.
Big Buck Contest:
Our Big Buck Contest is an annual event. The contest has been held for over 50 years and draws hunters from a variety of locations. Club members and local businesses sell tickets for the contest beginning in late August through the eve of buck season opening. The Big Buck Contest is one of the primary sources of income for the club and continues to be one of the best contests in the area.
Every winter we have a Appreciate dinner, where members and non member that sold tickets for Big Buck, Fish 4 Fun and the Scholarship tickets can come enjoy a home cooked meal (food and drink provided).

Youth Field Day:
Every July the club sets up a game tasting booth at the Clarion County Youth Field Day. Kids get to sample deer, bear, wild turkey, squirrel, pheasant, elk, mule deer, moose and many types of fish.
Hunter/Trapper Ed:
Every winter the club teaches the PGC hunter/trapper education course. Kids 11 and older can come and take the 2 day course that is required by the PGC in order to get a hunting licence.
