                                       RIMFIRE .22 RULES AND MATCH DATES FOR 2024

                                                             Entry fee:  $10.00

                                                

 Rifles must be .22 LR

​

      CUSTOM CLASS – Any barrel, stock, trigger or scope.

      SPORTER CLASS – Factory stock, Factory barrel, Any trigger or scope.

     

      Remington 40X, Anschutz, and Cooper are Custom Class

      Competitors must use a two-piece rest with front and rear sandbags or just sandbags

      Competitors must complete the course of fire with the same rifle with which they started the match

      Only match scorers are allowed at the scoring table

TARGETS:

​

     IBS 50 yard Rimfire Target and

     IBS 100 yard Hunter Rifle Target

     FOR SCORE: – 25 shots for score on each 50 yard and 100 yard targets with unlimited sighters

     on designated bullseyes.  There is a 25 minute time limit on each target

​

TIME: Practice begins at 4PM with match beginning at 5PM..

 

MATCH DATES:

    May 4 & 18

    June 1, 15 & 29

    July 13 & 27

    Aug. 10 & 24

    Sept. 7 (Rod & Gun Club 1000 – double match)

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE CLUB TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MATCHES.

                                  LONG AND SHORT RANGE CENTERFIRE MATCHES

                                                          Entry Fee: $10.00

​

CUSTOM CLASS: Any rifles that has had any custom work, I.E. barrel, stock, or trigger work.

FACTORY CLASS: Any rifle as it came from the factory.

HUNTER CLASS: Any rifle with a SPORTER CONTOUR barrel.  Scope is limited to 16x power.

Competitors must use a two-piece rest with front and rear sandbags or just sandbags.

 TARGETS:

​

     Short Range:

          100 YARD: IBS 100 YARD

          200 YARD: IBS 200 YARD

          300 YARD: IBS 300 YARD

​

     Long Range:   

          400 YARD: IBS 300 YARD

          500 YARD: IBS 300 YARD

          600 YARD: IBS 300 YARD

​

SCORING: 5 shots on scoring bullseye with unlimited sighters on designated targets.

​

Competitors will have 8 minutes to complete shooting.

 

TIME: Match start time 9AM.

    Sept. 15 (Darrell Bowers Double Match (match begins at 9AM).
